I love this zaxbys— But the real star? The lemon pepper wings. I don’t know who’s back there making them, but they NEVER. miss. Ever. At this point I’m convinced there’s a wing wizard hiding in the kitchen, because no one should be this consistent. Crispy, saucy, perfect every time. If they ever take them off the menu, I will simply cease to exist. Fr though, highly recommend this location—great service, great food, and pretty awesome people

I was visiting a friend in Atl he was to pick me up and we were to leave my hotel to go find food.However a lot of the Restaurants were overcrowded so instead of Going Out. I said get me a grilled chicken sandwiche.Stated Zaxby on the way i said fine when he brought the sandwich. My first time having a Grill Chicken sandwich from Zaxby's within a week I ordered 3. They were so delicious.

The food was excellent, we loved the new tacos! Jordan is an outstanding employee, extremely friendly, and very patient!

Hands down one of the best, most enjoyable experiences. From beginning to end, the food was fabulous. I recommend it to anyone. I haven't been able to stop thinking about it since having them. That was how we ended up here. Thanks to my husband, who ate from Zaxby's and really enjoyed it.

Tried the bleu buffalo tacos and the lemon pepper rub wings. Let me tell you, Zaxby's didn't miss with this one. The tacos are everything, and I usually don't get the wings due to them not being cooked to my taste. But these wings are crispy and delicious. Keep it up,, you got me ready to come back.

The food is great the people in the kitchen were amazing and one girl up front was also amazing I think her name was may the other two ladies up front were so rude idk how they work there put them in the back and bring the kitchen up front bc the negative attitudes and stank face cant be the first face people see that lady and the other girl besides may up front today between 3 and 4 need to be fired or hidden bc they give horrible service

I have picked up from drive thru twice this week. The girl and I think it was the same girl both times was very pleasant even to the point of announcing her name before taking the order. The guy who took my money both times was very pleasant. My order was correct both times and the salad was made with love both times. Great service, friendly staff who act like they appreciate my business. Byron Zaxby's could use some lessons.

Awesome,delicious and affordable meals! Great costomer service, too! Wednesday July 22nd 2025@about 7:30pm...ish-went thru drive thru-Bought (3) of the Four Tender zak packs and a kickin chicken combo( de-lish!!) got home, noticed instead of receiving 4 tenders I was given only 3 in each of the meals! Called the store, spoke with the mgr,she encouraged me to return and she would accommodate me, I returned-she gave me another 4 tender zak pak! Complete with fries and a drink!! Like I said, " excellent..no STELLAR costomer service! And the young lady at the drive-thru window? Wow! She was awesome! Sweet, pleasant demeanor, patient and sympathetic. Very heartwarming. Like I said, AWESOME, DELICIOUS & AFFORDABLE!
